COMMANDER - fixed mooon tooltip

From galaxy, when u click on a moon to spy it, the tooltip windows could stay fixed even if u move to another SS:

If u, after clicking, move the mouse on the windows, this will stay fixed.

Same for DF, if u click on "mine" and stay on the window more than 1 sec, u will take your new tooltip friend around all over the galaxy

It's a problem since Ogame 4.0 with Antigame Origin - It's fixed in the current official update 2.22.6 - Please tell the user to update his Antigame.

So maybe u fixed an OGame bug by AntiGame Origin

Tooltips persist for me sometimes, though mostly it's the tooltip on the message delete button...

I always assumed it was a firefox bug or something, because I also sometimes get firefox tooltips that popup over other windows (completely unrelated to ogame).
