Overview

General
  • The main purpose of this area is to improve the development and Bug support for Ogame. Feel free to post here your most hated bugs or any new ones you come across.
  • If you come across a new bug, first check the Bugs & Workarounds thread to check it's not already known, then feel free to post it here.
  • Origin isn't a replacement for your local board, and so of course any problems relating to your personal game account should be posted in your local board or discussed in a ticket with your local admins at http://support.ogame.tld.
  • As well as game bugs feel free to post any translation errors you find in your local language pack so they can be reported and fixed.


Reporting New Bugs

If you report a new bug try to give as much information as possible.
  • a short, but meaningful title
  • a description
  • if possible: a way to reproduce the bug
  • if available: screenshots
