OGameBoard improvments

Hi,

short version:

longer version:
the good old wbb2 had stuff like navigation-breadcrumbs, "marke as read", ... in footer and header of the board, since wbb3 this ain't so anymore. Until wbb3.1 was role out Speedo made a small script to fix this, but this script ain't working because the seo-mod is now activ. that's the reason why i made this script that shut work on all ogame-boards and to make it perfect: it changes the link on the header-logo to the index-page and not anymore to the portal
