we have now three ranks in each class (Honourable and Dishonourable). But no one can be the "best" in those classes. Therefore you´ll see many Grand Emperors and many Bandit Kings in Highscore without someone who is above, truly the best of all.
My suggestion is about to give a another rank to each class. So someone, who have the most postivie HP or the negative HP of all others, will be listed there as the truly best of all honoured/bandit players.

- Galactic Emperor: Top 1 of the honour points table and the most positive HP in database
- Grand Emperor: Top 10 of the honour points table and at least 15,000 HP
- Emperor: Top 100 of the honour points table and at least 2500 HP
- Star Lord: Top 250 of the honour points table and at least 500 HP
... - Bandit: Low 250 of the honour points table and at least -500 HP
- Bandit Lord: Low 100 of the honour points table and at least -2500 HP
- Bandit King: Low 10 of the honour points table and at least -15,000 HP
- Bandit Overseer: Low 1 of the honour points table and and the most negative HP in database
